Name My Peacocks Contest
Although I started this contest to name the eight additional peafowl I got besides Pete and Polly, names have long since been choosen for these fellows. The results of the contest are in, and can be found below. But the pea popularion here has since explanded, and there are many peafowl that I've had for years that I just haven't found the perfect name for. Feel free to leave me suggestions at your whim, and hopefully you can help me find the perfect monikers!

Ok so I admit it, I did go off on a Greek mythology trip and named a slew of my birds after deities. However, I think the names are quite fitting, and if you want full explanations why, visit the individual pages dedicated to each pair of birds. My personal favorite is Zephyrus, the Greek name for the west wind.
